Create a short documentary-style piece highlighting Karen Akpan, founder of the celebrated blog “Mom Trotter,” and her amazing family for Travel and Leisure Magazine, sponsored by HSBC.

Solution

This film was part of a branded content series highlighting success stories. We traveled to Palm Springs to film a day-in-the-life of the Akpan family. We focused on why travel is so important to their family, and Karen Akpan’s quest to teach her kids to be global citizens. We started at home, with the family getting packed for an upcoming trip, then follow them for the day until they head out for their next adventure.
