Description
On a slow day in July of 2016, we filmed our locally famous neighbor “The Bubble Man” outside of his shop, The Forget-Me-Not Factory, an old town Ellicott City, Maryland staple that has been on our street for decades. Two weeks later, our town suffered a devastating flash flood that ripped through main street like a raging river. We used the footage we shot that day to create this piece that became a rally cry for the town.
